    Lewith & Freeman Real Estate, Inc. President and CEO Virginia Simms Rose has been appointed to Drexel University’s Board of Trustees. Rose is also a managing member of Moonglow Press and Moonglow Marketing, and an officer of San Ysidro Land Holdings.
    Lewith & Freeman is a regional real estate company with seven offices and over 100 real estate professionals. Lewith & Freeman services include residential, land and commercial sales. The firm also offers added services through its affiliation with Templeton Abstract and its membership in the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.

    Raised in the Greater Wilkes-Barre Area, Rose is an alumna of Wyoming Seminary Preparatory School. In 1985, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Franklin and Marshall College. Rose began her career with Mellon Bank's Trust Division in Philadelphia and later joined the Marketing and Sales Trust Division at PNC Bank’s Philadelphia location. She is also the author of the book “The Tree On The Hill,” published in 2002.
    Rose is a member of the Luzerne County Association of Realtors, Greater Scranton Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. She completed her real estate education at Temple University and earned her designation as an accredited buyer agent from the Realtor Institute. Rose is also a licensed broker appraiser.
    Rose served on the King's College and Catholic Youth Center boards and is currently on the boards of the Luzerne County Association of Realtors and The Black Horse Foundation, Inc.
    She is affiliated with Kingsport Realty LP in Kingsport, Tennessee; Pennsylvania National Investors Group LLC and Cross Creek Point LP.
    Rose is married to Richard A. Rose Jr, a Drexel alumnus and current president and CEO of Petroleum Service Company. The couple has two sons, Ricky, CEO of Mountain Productions in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and Ronnie, a Drexel graduate and director of International Development at Mountain Productions in Dublin, Ireland.
